The Lumen Room Dallas is a 1300 sq. ft. historic loft with beautiful aesthetics and will be the perfect setting for Lights & Good Tidings!

What Should I Expect? 

Sessions will be 5-8 minutes long and you'll receive 5 images with full printing rights from your session.  You can also upgrade (for $25) to receive the full gallery of images.   We aim to capture your smiles, but we also shoot the candid in between because those moments are just as precious.

You should arrive at least 20 minutes early to park, check-in and handle any last minute touch-ups.  When you arrive you'll check-in and be given instructions on where to head for your session. They'll also be crafts, refreshments & a boho market to enjoy before your session or after.  We welcome you to stay as long as you'd like. 


How will 5-8 Minutes be Enough? 

We understand that 5-8 minutes sounds really quick but I can assure you it is more than enough time with our photo scenes pre-set and ready to go.  Your booked session time will 10 minutes and that will allow us to get you to your photo spot, arrange the family, take photos for 5-8 minutes, interact with Santa (if you booked a Santa session) and then answer any questions you may have for the photographer.  In this amount of time we will be able to capture several great images to deliver to your family. 


What is the Cost & How Do I Pay?

Each mini session is $80.  You will pay for the session when you book online.  You can later upgrade your session to include the full gallery of your images for $25. 


What's Included?

The $80 mini session fee includes 5 images, delivered via instant download with full printing rights.  A portion of every session fee will also be donated to the Genesis Women's Shelter to support the women & children staying that the shelter this holiday season.  You'll also have access to our boho market, complimentary refreshments, complimentary kids crafts & complimentary Letters to Santa station.  They'll be plenty to enjoy! 


What Time is My Session & What Scene Did I Book?

When you book your session, you will receive a confirmation email stating the scene you booked and the time of your session. If you have already booked a session and don't see this email, please contact me. 


I Want to Schedule Multiple Sessions - What Should I Do?

We encourage booking more than one session to enjoy more of the event! If you are booking more than one scene, we suggest leaving 20 minutes in-between your sessions so that you can do an outfit change and re-group. If you are booking individual Santa sessions for each child, we suggest booking them back to back. Then your family can be back the entire time of all the back-to-back sessions. If you book 2 or 3 sessions and can't grab them back to back, don't worry. We will have plenty of things to keep you entertained in between. 


When Will I Receive My Images? 

You will receive your images in 2 weeks so that you have more than enough time to order Christmas cards and use them for the Holidays. 


What If My Child Cries During Our Session?

All sessions are non-refundable. Crying is sometimes part of the Santa experience for little ones but those photos will bring you laughter as you look back on them. We will also capture all of those in-between candid shots, so you'll have a variety of images to choose from. Are the Photo Scenes only Designed for Kids or for Adults too?

All of our scenes can accommodate both adults and children. Although the Santa scene is more geared towards children, adults can definitely hop into the photos if they want.

How Are We Giving Back?

This year we are partnering with the Genesis Women's Shelter again.  A portion of every mini session fee will be donated to the Women's Shelter and we will also be collecting donated items for them.
